Sound Ideas is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to support our sales and administrative team.
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Support sales throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate project documentation and order tracking
- Maintain customer vendor and project records
- Track inventory staging and project progress
- Assist with scheduling clients for service
- Assist with technician scheduling and project closeout activities
- Manage office supplies and general office administration
- Support marketing events and special projects as needed
- Assist with managing and updating remote support services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word)
- Administrative customer service or project coordination experience preferred
- QuickBooks or construction/technology industry experience is a plus
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
- Minimum 3 years customer support/office support role (this is an early career position)
