Project Coordinator / Office Administrator
Help keep projects people and processes moving smoothly while supporting one of North Texas leading smart home and technology integration companies. If youre organized proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment wed love to hear from you.

Sound Ideas is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to support our sales and administrative team.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and assist customers
  • Support sales throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate project documentation and order tracking
  • Maintain customer vendor and project records
  • Track inventory staging and project progress
  • Assist with scheduling clients for service
  • Assist with technician scheduling and project closeout activities
  • Manage office supplies and general office administration
  • Support marketing events and special projects as needed
  • Assist with managing and updating remote support services
Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word)
  • Administrative customer service or project coordination experience preferred
  • QuickBooks or construction/technology industry experience is a plus
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs
  • Minimum 3 years customer support/office support role (this is an early career position)
Work space: Front Office/Reception Area
