Position Overview
MxDis seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to joinMxDsProject Management Office (PMO). The PMO teamis responsible fordeveloping and leading projects in the areasof Advanced Manufacturing from 3D to AI-driven factoriesand Cybersecurity tohelp revolutionizethe manufacturing industry. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will providecomprehensiveadministrative support to project managersincluding coordinatingandmaintainingproject documentation organizing meetings and ensuring all project information isaccurate current and readily will support andin some caseslead the project closeout addition you will contribute to portfolio managementefforts byconsolidatingproject data at the portfolio level andmaintainingstructured repositories and designated folders. This roleoffers the opportunity to take on ownership of small to moderately complex projects providing a pathway to build core project management skills and grow into a project manager role over position reports to theSeniorPMODirector.
Position Responsibilities
- Coordinate project documentation for a portfolio of projects
- Develop implement and improve standard operating procedures for a variety of project processes
- Perform administrativesupport forproject calls and vendor selections
- Update project statuses in or other repositories as needed
- Collaboratewithin and acrossfunctional teamsto develop monthly newsletter content
- Coordinate monthly project calls and project presentations
- Manage calendar and coordinate scheduling for the PMO
- Build cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Position Requirements
- Associates or Bachelorsdegreerequired
- Two yearsof operations project coordination or process experience preferred
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience MS Teams HubSpot (or other CRM) is desirable but notrequired
- Strong ability to prioritize and follow up on multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented process and documentation focused
- Strong interpersonal collaborative and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experienceworkingin a research engineering product development and/or manufacturingenvironmentis a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
- Must be able to work onsite approximately three days per week for the first three months. After that period the schedule will be reassessed with the opportunity for a reduced onsite requirement of at least one day per week based on performance and business needs.
