Stakeholder Engagement:Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure the simplicity relevancy and value of programs and provide guidanceto HRBPs to support successful adoption Onboarding:Develop and implementa coreonboarding experience for all employees. Performance Management: Manage performance management activities including goal setting mid-year check-ins and year-end evaluations. What you bring: BachelorsDegreeor equivalent in Human ResourcesIndustrial Organizational Psychologyor related . 3-5years ofrelevantexperiencein talent management organizational development or related HR functions. Workingknowledge ofdifferent philosophiesaroundtalent managementand employee experienceand a practical approach to implementing best practices. Experience inmulti-site and multi-nationalorganizationspreferred. Work Location:Preference is for candidates to be within a commutable distance to our office locations in the greater Wayne PA or Rochester NY area. However we recognize that the right talent can thrive from anywhere; fully remote candidates will be considered for the right Transparency: The expected annual salary range for this role is $79800 - $102800 a note the compensation information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills experience and qualifications geographical location as well as market and business considerations.
