Job Summary
The Program Manager role is focused on program and project management for a Marketing Product Strategy and Experience department. Translating objectives into actionable project plans with defined timelines. A core function of the role is supporting various projects programs and department meetings. Providing status updates and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues and manage operational processes.
What you will do:
Planning and Execution: Coordinate and execute project tasks according to established plans and timelines. Translating objectives into end-to-end execution plans by producing project plans project artifacts and well-defined timelines. Proactively identifying and managing dependencies across workstreams. Supporting change management transitions such as rolling out new processes.
Communication and Meetings: Facilitate project-based meetings including kick offs progress reviews readouts and retrospectives. Serve as a communication conduit providing clear status updates on projects. Additionally plan and facilitate engaging department meetings to deliver essential business updates and highlight cross-organizational work.
Problem-Solving: Liaise with team members and stakeholders to form tactical solutions to issues and coordinate appropriate action plans to address them.
Operational Process Support: Support campaign operations including setting up and managing campaign plans within Wrike the project management tool. Assist product operations by planning and facilitating necessary ceremonies and meetings.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
What experience you need:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related discipline.
3-5 years of program or project management experience.
Experience independently leading projects through the project lifecycle.
Proven ability to navigate change and adjust project plans and execution in a fast-paced setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating between different functional teams.
High level of organizational and critical thinking skills.
What will set you apart:
Individuals who have marketing experience or knowledge of product lifecycle are strongly preferred.
Excellent presentation building skills to socialize project plans to stakeholders.
Proficiency in Wrike or a comparable project management tool.
