2. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
2.1. At least four years of program requirement and policy development program and policy implementation and coordination experience.
2.2. At least six years with developing programs and projects for Florida governmental agencies.
2.3. At least five years composing or reviewing grant applications on processes services and other initiatives.
2.4. At least five years assessing online systems portals or dashboards to determine compatibility and feasibility of connecting with other online systems.
