Compensation:$110000 - $160000 Base Salary

Travel:Extensive travel required for large projects including out-of-state assignments as needed.
Position Summary
A growing construction services organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects from estimating and planning through project execution and closeout. This individual will be responsible for project financial performance client satisfaction safety schedule management contract administration and leadership of project teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong construction management experience a background in estimating and project controls and the ability to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage all aspects of project execution including planning budgeting scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Review drawings specifications contracts and project documentation.
  • Prepare and manage project estimates and cost forecasts.
  • Coordinate field operations subcontractors vendors and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Manage contract administration change orders and project documentation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual regulatory safety and quality requirements.
  • Lead project teams and provide direction to field supervision and support staff.
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support successful project delivery while meeting profitability objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent industry experience and technical training will be considered.
  • Minimum 8 years of construction management project management estimating or field leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods scheduling estimating budgeting and project controls.
  • Experience with contract administration procurement and change order management.
  • Experience managing federal municipal industrial environmental heavy civil utility or commercial construction projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts negotiations and dispute resolution.
  • Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook.
Travel & Work Environment
  • Primarily field-based with regular jobsite presence.
  • Travel throughout the United States as required by project needs.
  • Extensive travel and temporary relocation may be required for large out-of-state projects.
  • Must be comfortable working in active construction environments and varying weather conditions.
  • Additional hours may be required to meet project deadlines and support operational needs.
