Job Summary
McKesson is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale Data Analytics and Enterprise Technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program delivery stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership with the ability to drive strategic discussions with business and technology executives.
The Program Manager will oversee multiple workstreams manage delivery teams align technology initiatives with business objectives and ensure successful execution of complex programs across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide technology data and analytics programs.
Partner with business stakeholders product owners and executive leadership to define program vision roadmap and success metrics.
Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Drive program governance status reporting risk management issue resolution and executive communications.
Coordinate across business architecture engineering data QA infrastructure and vendor teams.
Establish program plans resource strategies budgets timelines and delivery milestones.
Facilitate business and technology discussions to translate strategic objectives into executable plans.
Identify dependencies risks and opportunities across projects and proactively drive mitigation plans.
Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum and enterprise delivery best practices.
Monitor program performance KPIs and delivery metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
Lead steering committee meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Support organizational change management process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
15 years of IT experience with at least 7 years in Program Management roles.
Experience in Healthcare Pharmaceutical Supply Chain or Distribution domains.
Experience working with Data Warehousing Analytics Power BI Snowflake AWS Azure or GCP environments.
PMP PgMP PMI-ACP SAFe or Scrum certifications.
Experience supporting enterprise modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
