Job Summary
MW Partners is currently seeking a Program Manager - BPCI IV to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Create cadenced communications to business operations community - from selecting the best communications tool to pulling together the content; hosting quarterly business operations All Hands and planning other events to uplevel impact and build community across a decentralized business operations teams
- Own and maintain tools that are the execution backbone of the business operations function (e.g. Sharepoint)
- Design develop and deploy new operational improvement initiatives to drive rigor in the business (e.g. executive actions tracking tool)
- Identify and set-up process/system controls and governance to sustain implemented changes and solutions
- Influence and drive key decisions regarding the projects
- Partner across all functions such as Product Marketing Finance HR IT etc. to envision scope and deliver high-quality business solutions
- Drive program management for key operational initiatives and large scale transformational programs in line with best in class industry standards

- Business Acumen and Analysis
- Strong ability to understand strategy of the business and connect the dots to help run the business and translate to functional and operational improvements
- Stay up to speed on latest market trends and industry best practices to continually drive operational innovation and efficiences at scale
- Conversant with operational data analysis methodologies tools and techniques; and high attention to detail
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of various business process improvement methodologies
- 8-10 years demonstrated success in driving operational excellence in fast paced environments
- Bachelors degree or equivalent a must; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
Problem Solving Skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and operate in a rapidly changing business landscape
- Ability to solve complex business problems structure and deliver the work
- Focused on rapid value creation through quick wins and long term sustainable value realizations
- A strong Change Manager with tenacity to follow through till closure and who will bring teams along to drive adoption
People Skills
- Ability to paint an exciting visual for overall project designs and operating models to influence stakeholders and leadership
- Strong people skills with distinctive ability to influence across levels and teams
- Maturity to deal with ambiguity and agility to switch gears strategic and tactical according to organizational needs and dynamics
