Program Director$80000-$95000 annual salary range based on experienceTheProgram Director is a growth focused leader responsible for building and expanding Pediatric Partners a part of the Sevita Health family in-home therapy services across the Twin Cities. This role will develop referral pipelines build external partnerships convert referrals into active caseloads and recruit and scale multidisciplinary therapy the Program Director will focus on growing PT OT and Speech services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) beginning with referrals through Sevitas Community Services programs and expanding relationships with other IDD organizations throughout the Twin Cities. Longer term the role will support expansion into pediatric therapy through partnerships with Sevitas existing ABA is first and foremost a business growth and operations leadership role. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder and operator who can establish services in a new market grow referral volume and build high-performing teams. A clinical background in PT OT or Speech is preferred; discipline-specific clinical oversight will be supported by senior clinicians and discipline leads as the team and execute growth strategies for therapy services across the Twin referral pipelines and convert opportunities into active PT OT and Speech partnerships with Sevita Community Services and develop new relationships with IDD organizations healthcare providers and community patient census referral service volume and revenue referral activity conversion clinician capacity productivity and market performance to identify growth hire onboard and develop PT OT and Speech clinicians as service volume day-to-day therapy operations including caseload assignments scheduling productivity staffing and team performance coaching engagement and professional quality and documentation standards in partnership with senior clinicians and discipline billing processes payroll approvals and other operational with Marketing Community Services and leadership on outreach market planning budgeting and performance Sevita through community outreach networking professional associations and partnership longer-term expansion into pediatric therapy through Sevitas Twin Cities ABA other duties as of 5 years of healthcare leadership operations business development or clinical experience including management success growing referrals partnerships patient volume or healthcare operational leadership skills with experience building teams and launching or scaling to lead and hold licensed PT OT and Speech clinicians accountable for quality and performance regardless of personal clinical of therapy operations including caseload management scheduling productivity documentation and relationship-building communication organizational and conflict-resolution working in a hands-on growth-oriented with IDD populations and/or home- and community-based therapy services -level clinical background and active Minnesota licensure in PT OT or Speech (CCCs for SLP) preferred but not with EMR systems and Microsoft in the greater MinneapolisSt. Paul Join Us Full benefits package for full-time employees including medical dental and vision401(k) with company matchGenerous paid time off and holiday payOpportunities for career growth and advancement within a nationwide organizationSupportive team-oriented work environmentMeaningful mission-driven work that makes a difference every dayReady to Make an Impact Join a team that values leadership compassion and collaboration.
