Job Summary
Position: Program Controls Analyst
Location: Dallas TX (On-site/Hybrid as applicable)
General Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Controls Analyst to support program management engineering and finance teams in monitoring cost schedule and resource performance. The role focuses on reporting analysis and ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements. This position supports mission-critical programs in a fast-paced environment.
Skills / Responsibilities:
- Assist engineering teams and Program Management Office (PMO) staff
- Interpret program performance data and identify key insights
- Prepare reports in compliance with CDRLs and Earned Value Management (Formats 1 5)
- Support preparation of financial briefings presentations and status reports
- Assist Program Managers in identifying risks opportunities and mitigation plans
- Track cost schedule and resource allocation against program budgets and forecasts
- Support analysis and reporting activities across multiple program areas
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Management or related field
- 5 years of experience in program controls earned value management or program finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience preparing reports dashboards and executive-level summaries
- Ability to work effectively in both large and small organizations
- Proposal experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Security Clearance Requirements:
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
Salary Range:
- $85000 $105000 per year (based on experience)
