## Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design and development of medium to large-scale software solutions integrating enterprise applications cloud services APIs and automation technologies.

* Analyze business and technical requirements to architect scalable maintainable and secure solutions that align with customer and organizational goals.

* Collaborate with Product Owners Engineering teams UX QA Infrastructure and Operations to deliver end-to-end software solutions.

* Drive technical estimation resource planning and solution costing activities for new initiatives enhancements and customer engagements.

* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while promoting engineering best practices and coding standards.

* Coordinate cross-functional meetings to align business requirements technical dependencies and delivery expectations.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes tooling templates and engineering standards.

* Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while ensuring quality delivery within established timelines.

* Conduct knowledge transfer sessions technical workshops and training related to software architecture development standards and solution delivery practices.

* Support transition activities from development to production operations ensuring successful deployment and long-term maintainability.

* Maintain flexibility to support remote collaboration and evolving business priorities as needed.

### Required Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems or related field.

* 5 years of experience in software development solution architecture or technical leadership roles.

* Strong experience designing enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems.

* Proficiency with modern programming languages APIs cloud platforms and software integration patterns.

* Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.

* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies SDLC processes and DevOps practices.

* Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience with technical estimation solution planning and delivery forecasting.

* Experience with Test Driven development.

* Experience with Ruby React Typescript SQL Server Cosmos and C# languages.

* Hosting and configuring Azure resources.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with warehouse automation supply chain systems or enterprise logistics platforms.

* Knowledge of cloud-native architectures microservices and system integration frameworks.

* Advanced degree or equivalent technical certifications preferred.
