The Shift Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations at the Solenis Tableting and Packaging facility. This includes supervision of maintenance production shipping/receiving and material handling activities. The role ensures that production targets are achieved while maintaining strict adherence to safety environmental and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Enforce compliance with all safety production operational and security procedures
Monitor production lines throughout the shift to ensure:
Chemicals are packaged in the correct containers
Proper weights and specifications are maintained
Create manage and complete process orders within SAP
Conduct routine safety audits and inspections
Respond to emergencies during both working and non-working hours as needed
Investigate workplace accidents and incidents ensuring proper documentation and corrective action
Qualifications
High School Diploma with relevant experience or an Associates Degree in a related field
Willing to work 3rd shift (10:30 PM - 6:00 AM)
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Chemical plant experience preferred
Equivalent combinations of technical education and experience will be considered
Strong knowledge of hazardous chemical handling including:
Proper inventory segregation requirements
Hazardous material packaging standards
Experience working with oxidizers (preferred)

The expected compensation range for this position is between $70250.00 and $103026.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills experience and other factors permitted by law.Required Experience:
