We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations across our diverse production environment. As a Production Manager you will oversee manufacturing activities across multiple production areas working closely with engineering quality and operations teams to ensure safety quality efficiency and on-time delivery. You will play a key role in optimizing production processes supporting workforce development and helping scale manufacturing capabilities as the company continues to grow.

What Youll Bring

• 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations production scheduling workflow management and process improvement
• Experience working within aerospace defense medical device or other highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings engineering documentation and production plans
• Proven success leading teams improving productivity and driving operational performance
• Strong problem-solving communication and organizational skills
• Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Operations Management or a related technical field preferred

What Youll Do

• Lead day-to-day production operations with a focus on safety quality efficiency and continuous improvement
• Supervise and support manufacturing personnel across multiple production areas and manufacturing processes including:
  • Cable and electrical assembly
  • CNC machining
  • Sheet metal fabrication
  • Controlled atmosphere brazing
  • Tube fabrication
  • Injection molding
  • Rotational molding
  • Precision mechanical assembly
• Coordinate production schedules staffing and workflow to ensure manufacturing objectives are met
• Monitor production performance and implement improvements to increase throughput reduce waste and enhance efficiency
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support new product introductions process improvements and manufacturing readiness
• Develop mentor and motivate production supervisors leads and manufacturing personnel
• Ensure compliance with quality standards safety requirements and company procedures
• Troubleshoot production challenges and drive corrective actions to maintain operational performance
• Foster a culture of accountability teamwork continuous improvement and operational excellence
