Impact

• 3 years of product management experience in logistics retail gig or related field

• Proven experience in identifying scoping and launching AI/ML-powered products demonstrating an AI Native mindset by understanding data pipelines model constraints and ethical AI implications.

• A history of strong partnerships with design and engineering with a general understanding of design and development systems and processes

• Demonstrate a high level of empathy and storytelling capability to influence a large network of stakeholders and customers.

• Technical expertise and the ability to make informed trade-offs between various system architectures.

• Experience with SQL Figma Miro ClickUp or equivalent

Pay Range: $115000 - $150000

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham San Francisco or Minneapolis to be hybrid which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate collaborate and spark team -office expectations will vary by role and leader.
