Within Social Commerce we are redefining how creators influence discovery engagement and purchase across both onsite and offsite channels. Club Target is a foundational product within this ecosystem designed to foster direct relationships with creators generate high-quality user-generated content (UGC) and drive measurable business impact through social commerce. We are seeking a Product Manager to support the growth and evolution of the Club Target Creator Program by delivering measurable business outcomes through strong product execution.
As a Product Manager you will work in the product model and will collaborate with your product team and key stakeholders to develop a plan and businessobjectives(OKRs) for your respective product. You will need to build a strong knowledge of your product through product discovery to collect customer feedback andwork to collect other relevant data points that explain the value and help you prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will work in unison with engineers UX designers datascientistsand business partners to deliver a product.
You will be the voice of the product with your product team and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and you will be responsible to maintain and refine the product backlog (create user stories & acceptance criteria) while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.
You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals andhigh standardsof performance while committing to the organizations direction. You will foster sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles.

WhatYoullDo:
Own and manage the product backlog for a defined area of Club Target ensuring alignment to product strategy and OKRs
Translate product strategy into clear user stories acceptance criteria and product requirements for your product area
Partner with external engineering and product partners to deliver high-quality scalable solutions
Track and analyze product performance against business impact and metrics to inform prioritization
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including operations/support communications marketing and program management
Deeply understand the creator journey from onboarding to activation and retention
Communicate product priorities progress and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders
Contribute insights and recommendations to inform ongoing product improvements and roadmap decisions
