As a Product Manager you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with our companys mission. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet the needs of our clients and drive business success. This role is crucial in identifying market trends gathering customer feedback and transforming insights into actionable product features.
We offer a competitive salary range of $178500 - $205000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and market research
- Collaborate with engineering design and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and release plans
- Analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the staffing and recruiting industry
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries
- Facilitate product training and support for internal teams and clients
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 5 years of product management experience in the staffing or recruiting industry
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Experience with product management tools and software
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively
