Responsibilities
Define product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives
Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and market research
Collaborate with engineering design and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products

Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the staffing and recruiting industry
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries
Facilitate product training and support for internal teams and clients
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
5 years of product management experience in the staffing or recruiting industry
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
Experience with product management tools and software
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic work environment
