As our next Process Engineer youll be at the forefront of developing optimizing and sustaining manufacturing processes. Your expertise in automotive manufacturing and process engineering will be crucial in ensuring efficiency quality safety and cost performance while supporting continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.

What Youll Be Doing:
Develop implement and optimize manufacturing processes
Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve performance
Support APQP activities including Process Flow PFMEA and Control Plans
Maintain process documentation such as SOPs and work instructions
Collaborate with Quality Production and Maintenance teams to resolve issues
Support new equipment installation and process improvements
Monitor key process KPIs such as scrap yield and cycle time
Participate in audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
Support training and development of operators
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
35 years of experience in automotive manufacturing
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with APQP PFMEA Control Plans SPC and MSA
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience supporting IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 environments
Experience participating in audits and compliance programs
Strong crossfunctional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Experience training operators and supporting shop floor initiatives
