Job Summary
The ideal candidate should have experience in a fast-paced environment strong technical depth in ML systems and a bias for action. Success in this role requires a customer-centric approach innovative thinking and effective communication across technical and business stakeholders. This is a highly technical role that may require a technical assessment.
Key job responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs that help the organization meet its long-term goals.
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to align on priorities drive consensus and deliver results at scale.
Collaborate with science engineering product and UX design to implement scalable and efficient solutions to key customer problems in search.
Define KPIs and metrics to measure success identify areas for improvement and provide actionable updates to leadership through detailed reporting and insights.
Act as the key connection point between engineering business teams ensuring alignment effective communication and seamless execution.

- 7 years of technical program management experience
- 10 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5 years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 8 years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
