WhatYoullDo
Own a prioritized product domain aligning strategy and execution across Product Architecture Engineering and business partners
Define product vision strategy and success metrics informed by customer needs market trends and competitive insights
Build andmaintaina clear roadmap; continuously prioritize based on impact effort risk and dependencies
Lead end-to-end delivery by managing backlogs trade-offs timelines and cross-team dependencies
An executiveready product leader who effectively engages executive leadership communicates strategy clearly and drives resolution of complex problems.
Translate needs into crisp requirements (epics/features/user stories) with acceptance criteria that enable efficient delivery
Partner with Engineering and UX to refine solutions reduce ambiguity and improve product quality and usability
Operate effectively in Agile ceremonies (refinement sprint planning reviews) ensuring teams are set up for execution
Monitor performance post-release gather feedback and iterate to improve outcomes and customer experience
WhatYoullBring
8 years of product management experience delivering software products (platforms APIs or complex internal systems preferred)
Strong technical fluency: able to collaborate deeply with Engineers/Architects and make informed trade-offs
Proven ability to own a product domain and drive strategy roadmap and execution with minimal oversight
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams or product lines
Expertisewriting high-quality epics/features/user stories and defining measurable outcomes (KPIs/OKRs)
Strong stakeholder management skills including influencing senior leaders and aligning competing priorities
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management in a fast-paced environment
MS/MA in Computer Science (or similar) preferred; relevant certifications a plus/in some areas
Our Principal Tech Product Mgr earns between$158200-$237400 USD Annual Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
