Pricing AnalystPosition SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to lead the execution maintenance and analysis of pricing programs across our product portfolio. This role plays a critical part in driving profitability through pricing insights supporting customer pricing administration and ensuring accuracy across pricing ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment collaborate effectively across departments and translate complex data into actionable business ResponsibilitiesAnalyze pricing performance margins profitability and customer pricing trends across product categoriesMaintain and update customer price lists pricing schedules and contract pricing within company systemsAdminister and support rebate programs promotional pricing and discount structuresConduct competitive pricing analysis and monitor market and industry trendsPartner with Sales and Marketing to support bids promotions customer requests and special pricing arrangementsEnsure pricing and rebate data integrity accuracy and consistency across ERP systems and pricing toolsReview and validate pricing and rebate changes in alignment with approved policies and programsPrepare recurring and ad hoc reports on pricing margins and rebates for leadership reviewIdentify pricing discrepancies margin leakage and process improvement opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales Marketing Customer Service Finance and IT to resolve pricing issuesSupport month-end and quarter-end activities related to pricing and rebate accruals and reportingQualificationsBachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field5 years of experience in pricing financial analysis or revenue managementExperience in a consumer products or manufacturing environment is a plusStrong analytical and quantitative skills (advanced Excel required; SQL or pricing tools preferred)Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationshipsAbility to translate data into actionable insightsPreferred SkillsExperience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAPStrong attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package (health dental vision 401(k))Opportunities for professional growth and career advancementCollaborative team-oriented cultureHybrid work schedule
