Job Description:
- Client seeks a 2nd shift CNC Operator to set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision machined parts.
- You will interpret technical drawings monitor machine operations perform quality inspections and ensure all machined parts meet specifications.
- This role requires strong mechanical aptitude attention to detail and the ability to work with precision machining equipment.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately (calipers micrometers gauges)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Technical certification or associate degree in machining or a related field
- 3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with CNC programming and G-code
- Experience in contract manufacturing or high-mix production environments
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Experience with multiple CNC machine types (mills lathes multi-axis)
- Forklift certification
