We are hiring PLM Developers across junior intermediate and senior levels to build Teamcenter customizations extensions and integrations for a major Aerospace & Defense OEM. Work will be within a blended onshoreoffshore team and an AIpowered software factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Teamcenter customizations (ITK SOA Active Workspace)

• Implement integrations and migration utilities

• Use AIassisted development (pair programming test generation)

• Write testable documented code with CI/CD practices

• Collaborate across distributed teams; senior developers mentor and lead complex extensions

Experience Bands:

• Junior (24 yrs): Builds to design under guidance

• Intermediate (46 yrs): Delivers components independently

• Senior (710 yrs): Owns complex extensions agentready services mentors team

Required Skills:

• Customization & extension development
