How Will You Make an Impact
As a Planning SME at our Memphis TN facility you will serve as the technical and analytical expert for planning systems data and process optimization. You will drive operational excellence by transforming data into actionable insights enhancing system functionality and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will strengthen planning capabilities improve visibility and enable better decision-making across the organization.

Onsite at our Memphis TN facility.
What Will You Do
Data & Performance Analysis
- Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Develop maintain and enhance KPIs and performance dashboards across multiple departments.
- Translate complex data into clear actionable insights for leadership and crossfunctional teams.
Planning Systems Expertise
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for planning systems including SAP and RapidResponse (Kinaxis).
- Troubleshoot system issues support end users and coordinate with IT and technical teams to resolve problems.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all planning platforms.
Process & Project Development
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning workflows automation and reporting efficiency.
- Develop business cases requirements documentation and implementation plans for system and process enhancements.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to implement solutions and ensure successful adoption.
Advanced Planning Tools & Reporting
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve operational visibility and reporting.
- Leverage advanced planning tools to optimize forecasting capacity planning and supply operations.
- Support scenario modeling and capacity analysis to guide strategic decisionmaking.
How Will You Get Here
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree required.
- 5 years of experience in planning supply chain data analytics or a related field.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Strong expertise in SAP RapidResponse (Kinaxis) and Power BI.
- Proven ability to build and manage systemsdriven KPIs and operational dashboards.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex datasets.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a strong attention to detail.
