Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Were a growing home health organization in Honolulu dedicated to fall prevention and empowering residents in Assisted Living Facilities. Were hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant whos passionate about delivering quality in-home and community-based therapy under PT supervision.
What youll do
- Deliver physical therapy services to clients in their homes and ALF settings under PT supervision
- Carry out treatment plans including therapeutic exercise functional mobility and fall prevention
- Document patient progress accurately and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Participate in community events and wellness initiatives as needed
What were looking for
- Active PTA license in Hawaii
- 1 year of clinical or home health experience preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Valid Hawaii drivers license and reliable transportation
