Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic rehabilitation team in a hospital and outpatient clinical setting. This role involves treating patients across a variety of age groups and diagnoses including orthopedic inpatient/outpatient wound care lymphedema and general rehabilitation populations.
Opportunities are available for full-time part-time and PRN schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with a variety of physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients families physicians and interdisciplinary staff.
- Assist with program development and department initiatives.
- Present educational in-services to therapy staff as needed.
- Support the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
- Deliver evidence-based care focused on positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in hospital outpatient or mixed-setting environments preferred.
