Occupational Therapist - Acute at our Medical Center - 0.9 FTE Full-Time Day Schedule
$5000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions of payment.

Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities taking into account individual patients special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individuals functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or
Masters Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or
Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent educ/experience
Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent educ/experience
Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
