Phlebotomy Site Coordinator

We are seeking aPhlebotomySite Coordinator to join our team inJacksonville FL

Work Schedule:Monday-Friday 7:15AM-4:00PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Observe and report any performance compliance or staffing related issues to supervisors

• Manage andmonitorpatient flow wait times inventorylevelsand information logs

• Monitor monthly productivity reports and report any deviations as necessary

• Address any customerservice relatedissues in a prompt and respectful manner

• Promoteteam work cohesiveness and effective communication among coworkers

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

• Collect specimens for drug screens paternity tests alcoholtestsetc.

• Perform data entry of patient information inan accurateandtimelymanner

• Process billing information and collect payments when

• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

• Travel toadditionalsites when needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2yearsor moreof experience as a phlebotomist

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training

Additional Job Standards:

• In lieu of state licenserequirementlisted above an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the CA Department of Health at time of hire may meet licenserequirement.

• In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy dutiesresponsibilitiesand techniques

• Proventrack recordin providing exceptional customer service

• Strong communicationskills; both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently or in a team environment

• Comfortably working under minimal supervision

• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.

• Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
