Location: Saranac Lake New York
Salary Range: $130000 to $135000
Contract: Full-Time / Permanent
Schedule: 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a full-time opportunity in Saranac Lake New York. Responsibilities
Dispense medications and pharmaceutical supplies according to department policies
Review medication orders for accuracy safety and appropriateness
Support clinical pharmacy services and medication management activities

Maintain accurate pharmacy documentation and support safe patient care practices
Requirements
Active New York State Registered Pharmacist License Required
Clinical pharmacy experience required
2 3 years of pharmacist experience required
Hospital pharmacy experience required
Strong medication safety communication and patient-focused pharmacy skills required
