Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview
The Performance Analytics & Reporting role supports the Procurement organization by delivering data insights and reporting that enable informed decisionmaking and performance management across supply chain and procurement operations. This role plays a key part in tracking spend supplier performance cost productivity and operational metrics helping leadersidentifytrends risks and opportunities. The position offers strong exposure to enterprisewide procurement activities and the opportunity to influence business outcomes through datadriven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Developmaintain and enhance procurement and supply chain performance reports dashboards and scorecards.
Analyze spend supplier performance cost savings and operational metrics toidentifytrends risks and improvement opportunities.
Prepare recurring and adhoc analytics to support procurement and supply chain leadership decisionmaking.
Partner with category managers sourcing finance and operations teams to ensure data accuracy consistency and alignment with businessobjectives.
Supporttracking ofcost productivity initiatives savings realization and supplier performance commitments.
Maintain data integrity across procurement systems and reporting tools;identifyand resolve data quality issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting efficiency standardization and analytics capabilities.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degreein Business Finance Supply Chain Management Analytics Economics Operations or a related field
Experience and Skills
Required:
Typically02 years of relevant experience in analytics procurement supply chain finance or a related business role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and standard reporting or business intelligence tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadlinedriven environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional stakeholders
Preferred:
Internship or earlycareer experience supporting analytics procurement or supply chain operations
Experience with ERP procurement or reporting systems (e.g. SAP Ariba Power BI Tableau or similar tools)
Exposure to spend analytics supplier scorecards or performance management metrics
Familiarity with basic sourcing contracting or procurement processes
Interest in developing a career in procurement analytics or supply chain operations

Certifications:Analytics finance or supply chain certifications (e.g. APICS CPSM CIPS data analytics certificates) preferred but not

$94000.00 - $151800.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
