% of Practice: 100% Outpatient Pediatrics
Physicians in Practice: Most clinics have an onsite pediatrician and local healthcare administrator
Support Staff: Dedicated MA per provider receptionists mental health therapists dietitians
Specialty Backup: Onsite pediatric support and administrative leadership
Case Mix: General outpatient pediatrics with underserved and vulnerable populations including migrants and refugees
Procedures: Standard outpatient pediatric care and wellness visits
Office Equipment: Standard ambulatory pediatric clinic equipment

- Providers must be comfortable in fast-paced community health settings
- Interpreter services available onsite
- Bilingual providers are a plus but not required
- 1-week ramp-up orientation with patient care expected by Day 3
- OT only approved if provider exceeds daily productivity expectations
- Preference for providers available 5 days/week consistently
- Local providers may be considered for 34 day schedules
- Must have clean background and no malpractice history considered

Requirements:
Board Certification: Pediatrics BC/BE
Active Washington License: Required at submission
DEA: Active WA DEA required
BLS: Required
ACLS: Required
EMR Experience: EPIC experience required
Minimum Experience: Community Health / underserved population experience strongly preferred
COVID Vaccine: Required
Flu Vaccine: Required
