We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT) to join our crew. As a PMT youll work outdoors using specialized equipment to apply materials like traffic paint crack filler sealcoat and more to pavement surfaces. This is hands-on work where youll see the results of your effort every day. We serve commercial clients throughout Greater Spokane and North Idaho and youll be part of a crew that takes pride in doing things the right way to make properties look their best. No experience is necessary. Motivated individuals who want to grow with a strong team will be trained on the job.

Responsibilities What Youll Do
Operate high-quality equipment to perform line painting asphalt crack filling and sealcoating
Tow and transport equipment trailers (e.g. asphalt sealcoat enclosed trailers) safely to and from job sites
Assist with other pavement services as needed
Plan and execute projects with attention to detail and quality
Maintain a clean safe and hazard-free job site
Clean and maintain equipment regularly; report issues or needed repairs to the Production Manager
Communicate job status daily with crew leaders and production manager
Work as part of a close knit high-performing crew
Qualifications What You Bring
Valid drivers license with clean record (Drivers Abstract required)
Reliable transportation
Punctual detail-oriented and well-organized
Self-motivated critical thinker who enjoys problem-solving
Experience towing equipment trailers (or willingness to learn) is an asset
Physically able to walk bend and lift up to 75 lbs
Able to work independently without supervision
Experience with small engines (e.g. lawnmowers generators) is an asset
Past experience playing team sports is a plus
Engineering or technical education or training is an asset
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
