Painter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Painter to maintain the appearance and condition of our property through high-quality painting and finishing work. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces applying paint and performing touch-ups in guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail a steady hand and takes pride in maintaining a clean polished environment.

• You will help maintain the beauty and charm of our hotel by keeping our walls and surfaces looking fresh and vibrant.
• Your daily tasks will include preparing surfaces applying paint and other finishes and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• You will report to the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer.
• A career as a painter within the hospitality industry can lead to opportunities in maintenance engineering facilities management or even as a specialist in interior design or historic preservation.

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• No educational minimum is required
• Previous experience in this exact position
• Previous experience in a similar or related position

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
