Line Operator Rotating Shifts
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Rotating 1st 2nd and 3rd Shifts (Must be available for all shifts)
Weekend Requirement: Must be available to work 2 weekends per month
We Staff Better is currently hiring Line Operators for a growing manufacturing facility. If youre dependable safety-minded and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment wed love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line equipment.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and production goals.
- Load materials and remove finished products from the production line.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work a rotating schedule that includes 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Must be available to work 2 weekends per month.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand walk bend and lift throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation are required.
