What Youll Do
As a PSR you will be the first point of contact for patientshelping ensure a smooth positive experience from check-in to follow-up care. Your role will include:
- Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and compassion
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient information accurately
- Supporting front office operations and clinic workflows

Qualifications
Education:

Experience:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Patient Services Representative and Advanced PSR responsibilities (as verified by department leadership)
