What Youll Do

As a PSR you will be the first point of contact for patientshelping ensure a smooth positive experience from check-in to follow-up care. Your role will include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and compassion
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient information accurately
  • Supporting front office operations and clinic workflows
  • Addressing patient questions and resolving concerns with care and efficiency

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Patient Services Representative and Advanced PSR responsibilities (as verified by department leadership)

Skills & Abilities
