JOB TITLE: PART-TIME HARDEES SHIFTSUPERVISOR (Flexible Schedule Ozarks Tech Campus) DEPARTMENT: AUXILIARY SERVICES

SALARY RANGE: $16/HOURLY

FLSA: NON-EXEMPT

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:Hardees Manager

SCHEDULE DETAILS: Part-time (not to exceed 19.5 hours per week)

Position Summary

Essential Job Duties

• Oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Lead and support team members to ensure smooth efficient service
• Handle guest concerns resolve issues and ensure positive experiences
• Ensure food safety procedures arefollowed at all times
• Complete and verify temperature logs cleanliness checklists and other required documentation
• Maintain a clean safe well organized work environment
• Assistwith training new employees as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast-casual strongly preferred).
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure while maintaining quality and service.
• Ability to accurately document and maintain appropriate records logs and reports.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work effectively and courteously with staff students and the general public.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Environment: Work is performed primarily in a standard office setting with frequent interruptions and extended periods of time viewing computer monitor or standing; may require adjustment of schedule to include some evening and/or weekends; may encounter occasional exposure to inclement weather during travel.

Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to lift carry push and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. This position does require the ability to lift to 40 lbs.
