About the Role:

As a Parcel Analyst at Vision Government Solutions you will play an important role in delivering high-quality parcel inventory projects that support accurate and reliable property records. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys analytical work problem-solving and working with specific project tools and systems in a remote this role your contributions will help ensure parcel data is accurate compliant and aligned with project standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Consistently meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy quality standards and adherence to project timelines.
• Analyze aerial imagery to identify and verify changes in property characteristics structures outbuildings and land use.
• Conduct comprehensive parcel inventories ensuring accuracy completeness and consistency of property data.
• Enter and update parcel data in client CAMA systems and internal tools as applicable to project requirements.
• Review and update existing dwelling sketches using PDF editing tools to reflect structural changes or corrections.
• Verify and update land classifications to accurately reflect the propertys class and actual use.
• Review parcel records for discrepancies and escalate unclear or inconsistent data for further review when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive property data.
• Ensure assigned work is completed in accordance with project guidelines client requirements and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support workflow quality and project completion.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality workflows and processes.
• Participate in team meetings training sessions and company-wide initiatives as required.
