NOW HIRING: PAINTER PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our Production Department. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces applying coatings and ensuring finished products meet company quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or production environment and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning sanding masking and priming materials
- Apply paint coatings and finishes using spray guns brushes or rollers
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality consistency and proper coverage
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
- Maintain painting equipment and work areas in clean and safe condition
- Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals
- Perform touch-ups and rework as needed
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with production team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Must have open availability for normal work hours overtime
- Previous experience as a painter in manufacturing or production environments preferred
- Knowledge of industrial painting techniques and equipment
- Ability to use spray guns hand tools and related equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand bend and lift materials throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
