Paint Sandblaster

We are seeking a skilled Painter with experience in sandblasting auto body or industrial painting coating application finishing to apply paint/coatings to our products. The ideal candidate will ensure a high-quality finish and meet production standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing surfaces for painting including cleaning sanding and masking and sandblasting.
• Applying paint/coatings using various methods (e.g. spray guns brushes rollers).
• Mixing paints/coatings to the correct consistency.
• Inspecting finished products for quality and touch-up as needed.
• Maintaining painting equipment and a clean work area.
• Following all safety procedures.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Painter in Specify: auto body or a synonym for painting in manufacturing e.g. industrial painting coating application finishing is required.
• Ability to prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning sanding masking and sandblasting.
• Proficiency in using painting equipment (e.g. spray guns brushes rollers).
• Knowledge of paint mixing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain high attendance standards.

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.
