Job Summary
Paint & Powder Coat Operator
RIE Coatings is seeking a dependable Paint & Powder Coat Operator to join our production team. Youll prepare paint and powder coat various parts while ensuring they meet our high quality standards. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Well provide on-the-job training for candidates with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
Pay: Starting at $17/hour open to a higher starting rate for someone with experience

Schedule
- Monday Thursday: 6:00 AM 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Prepare parts by cleaning masking sanding and racking
- Apply liquid paint and powder coat using spray equipment
- Operate curing ovens and inspect finished parts for quality
- Mix paints and powders according to specifications
- Perform touch-ups as needed
- Maintain equipment and a clean organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Complete production paperwork accurately

- Manufacturing or paint experience is a plus but not required
