Job Title: Oracle HCM Transformation Lead
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with HR leadership to drive confidence and adoption
Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to define future-state HR processes
Track and communicate upcoming project activities risks and action items to HR and project leadership
Act as the bridge between HR users and the Oracle HCM implementation team
Support testing change management training and deployment activities
Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption throughout the implementation lifecycle
Required Skills
5 years of HR HR Operations HRIS HR Transformation or HR Consulting experience
Demonstrated experience in HR transformation including HR process redesign operating model development and implementation of HR best practices.
Experience supporting HR system implementations as either a consultant business lead or end user
Experience leading cross-functional projects including project planning stakeholder management and coordination with IT and business teams.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Organizational Development or a related field; advanced degree or HR certifications
Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes including:
Recruiting
Core HR
Workforce Compensation
Benefits Administration
Performance Management
Absence Management
Work Site: Philadelphia PA (On-site 4 days/week)
Duration: 12 months
