Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM solution architecture and implementation.
Design and configure Payroll Benefits Absence Management and OTL modules.
Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas BIP reports and payroll customizations.
Implement Redwood UI and VBS personalization solutions.
Coordinate testing activities across SIT UAT Regression and DR cycles.
Conduct business workshops requirements gathering and solution reviews.
Support compliance payroll processing and benefits administration initiatives.
