• Directing the Symphony: Coordinating drivers and helpers to ensure our service is as smooth as a Florida sunrise.

• Problem-Solving Ninja: When a truck breaks down or a route gets blocked youre the one with the plan. You stay cool under pressure and keep the wheels turning.

• Data Whisperer: Youll use our tech to track productivity ensuring were the leanest meanest green cleaning machine in the state.

• Compliance Captain: Youll be the go-to expert on CDL regulations keeping our fleet legal lethal (to waste!) and looking sharp.

Are You the One

Were looking for someone who doesnt just manage but inspires.

• The Experience: Youve got at least a year of supervisory experience (or youve been a Rockstar Lead Driver at GFL).

• The Brains: You know your way around a computer and can talk CDL regulations in your sleep.
