Field Services Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
The role will oversee the staff as well as the process flow for the Field Services Warehouse. The position also monitors the fixed asset inventory and the distribution of equipment to our retail stores.
What Would You Do The Specifics.
- Monitors and ensures the flow of equipment is processed correctly as it arrives and as it leaves our warehouse.
- Ensures compliance and quality control with established internal controls.
- Supervises the process of selling equipment.
- Supervises the process of the upholstery repair and swap program.
- Coordinates semi-annual fixed asset physical inventory and reconciles findings to the master fixed asset spreadsheet.
- Audits all packing slips to ensure proper workflows are being maintained.
- Oversees and prioritizes the repair process for incoming equipment. Evaluates the most cost-effective path for returned equipment (repair dispose or sell).
- Assists with the development implementation and maintenance of streamlined process flows and technologies for the Field Service Warehouse.
- Coordinates equipment for projects that relate to the field i.e. equipment upgrades additional equipment automation etc.
- Communicates with the project coordinator in regard to equipment for field projects and their statuses.
- Directs leads evaluates and mentors direct reports ensuring that each associate stays focused on meeting their goals.
- Ensures new stores are completely prepped to meet departure dates.
- Communicates any discrepancy between items ordered and items received for new stores projects and regular inventory.
- Ensures all warehouse equipment is maintained staged and logged according to established processes.
Qualifications :
Work Experience
- 3 years of warehouse inventory control as well as mechanical/electrical experience. (Required)
Education
- Two years of college or equivalent experience. (Required)
Additional Skills
- Knowledge of basic warehouse management.
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- Familiar with accounting systems to manage inventory: Example: Microsoft Dynamics.
