The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing janitorial staff ensuring quality standards are met supporting client relationships and helping daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Supervise janitorial teams across assigned locations
Conduct site visits and quality inspections
Manage staffing scheduling and labor hours
Respond to client concerns and resolve issues promptly
Train coach and support employees
Monitor supplies equipment and safety compliance
Work closely with management to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous supervisory experience in janitorial facilities or service industries preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
Experience with employee management and quality inspections
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required
