The Service Engineering team is responsible for field investigations and problem solving.
Responsibilities Maintain and update operational dashboards Manage asset tracking and inventory processes Identify and deactivate expired programs (campaigns or records) Monitor case management systems Perform data cleanup activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and operational initiatives. Provide operational support for special projects strategic initiatives and ad hoc assignments.
Desired Skills Nintex (workflow creation) / SharePoint (form management) preferred but not required. A proactive self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical effective solutions Clear and confident communication skills-both written and verbal Exceptional organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment A collaborative team-first approach with the ability to influence and lead across function
