Today Sensis platform is deployed across all 50 states with leading home care providers supporting tens of thousands of seniors as they age safely and independently at home. As we continue to grow across home care enterprise partners and payer organizations were entering an exciting new phase of the company. Scaling successfully requires not only innovative technology but also exceptional operational execution. Thats where this role comes in.

Were looking for a highly analytical curious and execution-oriented Business Operations Director to join our Operations organization.

Reporting directly to the VP of Operations youll lead high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity enjoys solving complex problems and isnt afraid to build processes from scratch.

Youll work across virtually every function in the company to improve how we operate today while helping shape where we go next. From driving operational excellence to evaluating new market opportunities and leading company-wide initiatives no two weeks will look the same.

This isnt a traditional Business Operations role with a fixed set of responsibilities. Its an opportunity to become one of the companys key problem-solvers partnering directly with the VP of Operations to tackle our most important priorities as we continue to scale.

What Youll Do

• Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvements across processes execution and organizational efficiency while helping establish repeatable operating rhythms as the company continues to grow.
• Strategic Initiatives: Lead high-impact cross-functional projects from ideation through execution.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct research and due diligence on new markets products and strategic opportunities.
• Business Strategy: Develop business cases and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Analytics & Business Intelligence: Serve as the companys source of truth for data and analytics transforming insights into actionable recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with leaders across the organization to solve complex business challenges.
• Scalable Operations: Design frameworks operating rhythms and metrics that enable sustainable growth.
• Special Projects: Take ownership of emerging business priorities and strategic initiatives across the company.

Requirements:

What Were Looking For

• 58 years of experience in Business Operations Strategy Management Consulting Strategic Finance or a similarly analytical role.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling SaaS company ideally supporting rapid growth and organizational change.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational improvements.
• Experience evaluating new business opportunities conducting market research or building business cases.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear actionable plans.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys taking ownership.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools and SQL is a plus.
