Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations and workflows
Maintain office order and monitor ongoing activity
Organize and file documents with attention to detail and accuracy
Schedule and coordinate interviews for senior leadership.
Assist with internal communications via email messaging platforms and AI tools
Collaborate with team members and leadership to address daily office needs
Support administrative functions including onboarding and HR coordination
Compensation:
Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.
