Job Summary
Position Title: Office Admin Assistant - QuickBooks
Job Type: Part time - 20 to 25 hours/week - flexible

Experience Required: We need a local candidate with 10 years of administrative office experience QuickBooks and MS Office experience.
A local Import-Export-Wholesale company is looking for an Office Assistant with QB experience. Looking for someone who can eventually manage the responsibilities independently flexible team player and takes initiative to complete given tasks.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Word Excel - how to make basic spreadsheets when needed
QuickBooks experience required - To do Invoices AP AR etc.
Marketing Support - Emailing Catalogs Creating Marketing flyers taking pictures of items for flyers making calls.
Maintain Organized paperwork Filing and clean work environment.
Answer phones ( most work by emails)
Work with Warehouse Employees to coordinate Shipping and Receiving Orders.
Any other duties asked to perform by the management
