Location: Wheaton MN
Pay Rate: $55.00 $60.00/hr
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Contract: 13 weeks
Experience: 1 year
About the Role
We are hiring an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel contract in Wheaton MN. This is a great opportunity for an OT looking to support patients across multiple rehab settings while helping improve function independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients across rehab settings
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support activities of daily living mobility and functional independence
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve patient function and daily performance
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with therapy staff patients families and care teams
Requirements
- Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required
- Occupational Therapist experience preferred
- Newer therapists may be considered
- Experience in SNF LTC home health inpatient or outpatient settings preferred
- Ability to work Monday Friday day shift
- Strong communication documentation and patient care skills
