What Youll Do:

• Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care 
• Evaluate design and adjust individualized care plans
• Fabricate custom splints as needed
• Document evaluations and treatment progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications :

• Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
• NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
• Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
• Strong communication and patient education skills 
• Commitment to evidence-based patient-centered care
• Sensory integration experience a plus
• Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid

Additional Information :

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80000-$90000. Salary is based on various factors including relevant experience knowledge skills other job-related qualifications and geography. Additionally this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Companys incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical dental vision 401(k) paid time off and other benefits are also available subject to the terms of the Companys plan.
